Kenji is a mandatory social link that will occur on April 22nd. Kenji's social link is relatively easy to fully max rank, as his availability is extremely high, and there are no prerequisite conditions. You can easily max his social link without much effort. Like all the students attending Gekkoukan High, Kenji will be unavailable during mid-terms.
