This article covers information about the Empress Social Link, Mitsuru Kirijo, including events featured in Persona 3, Persona 3 FES, Persona 3 Portable, and Persona 3 Reload.

The protagonist can start Mitsuru's Social Link as early as November 21st after the school trip to Kyoto. To initiate her Social Link, the protagonist must have rank six Academics (Genius). She can be found during the day near the Faculty Office on the first floor of Gekkoukan on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Persona 3, FES, and Portable. In Reload, she can initially be found everyday except Sundays; however, starting with December 25th, she'll also become unavailable on Mondays and Fridays. Her Social Link cannot be progressed on days off from school, but unlike other school-based Social Links, her Social Link can be progressed in the week leading up to the final exam period.

Mitsuru gives the protagonist a Motorcycle Key when the Social Link is maxed, which enables the fusion of Alilat.

Skills[]

Unlike Persona 4 and Persona 5, advancing a character's Social Link in Persona 3 does not grant skills usable in battle. Instead, completing the Fool Social Link, SEES, grants various benefits and abilities.
